Keep Me in Stitches Quilt Shop, The Gathered Earth, IRIS Fine Yarns, All Seasons Coffee House and Bread Smith

We are joining our small business partners in Appleton for 4 days of great food and fiber and door prizes. Grab a friend and enjoy a day visiting these small shops. Get a Passport from the first shop and collect a stamp from each store; leave your completed passport at the last shop you visit. Sign up for door prizes and you will be put in the drawing to win a gift certificate at the shop of you choice.

At IRIS...we’ll have a Blue Sky Alpaca Trunk Show, gifts while supplies last, and lots of special door prizes. Sounds like fun!

Rites of Spring Fiber Frolic April 17-18 Fri-Sat

April is a great time to see some new places in northeastern Wisconsin. IRIS is grateful to be a part of this event circling Lake Winnebago and parts east. So, join some friends for a day of good food and fiber.

AT IRIS: Meet the Author At IRIS, we’re planning several special things for you: Meet the author of a lovely new novel about a woman’s heart-warming journey of self-discovery. Our heroine, Sheila, finds knitting to be her salvation during some challenging turns in her life. Ginger K. Glomstead, Spinning a Good Yarn, CBHR Publishing, published in paperback in 2014.

Talk with Ginger about the writing and publishing process and knitting. She’ll be here 10-3 pm on both Friday and Saturday.
